Mrs. Miller’s first grade class at Hannah McClure Elementary, with the help of the Clark County Cooperative Extension Office, learned about chicken eggs and the phases the embryos go through prior to hatching. This archived video (approximately 3 1/2 minutes in length), shows one chicken leaving its shell. The project definitely had the children excited about the incubation process.
