SUMMER FEEDING PROGRAM FREE TO ALL

The Clark County Board of Education summer food service program offers nutritious meals to teens and children ages 18 and under at no charge Monday through Friday from June 9 to Aug. 1. Meal times are noon to 1 p.m. at several sites around the county, including GRC.

 GRC FOOTBALL CAMP SCHEDULED

The 2008 GRC Football Non-Contact Youth Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Thursday and Friday, July 10 and 11, at Cardinal Stadium. The camp is for youth age 7 through 8th graders ('08-'09). Registration and check-in will be from 8:30 to 9 a.m. July 10 at the GRC Fieldhouse.

The cost is $25 if paid by July 3, and $30 after. If there are two or more campers per family, the cost will be $20 per child, by July 3. Registration forms are available in the high school office. For more information, call GRC at 744-6111, ext. 1635.

BASKETBALL CAMP SCHEDULED

The 5th Annual Scott Humphrey Summer Basketball Camp will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Aug. 5-8 at GRC. The camp is open to any boy or girl who will be in grades 1-9 for the upcoming school year. The cost is $60 per camper, with discounts available for sending more than one child.

Registration forms may be picked up in the GRC office. The gym will open at 8 a.m. with supervision.
