For one (1) hour delays staff should report to their schools as close to their regular designated work times
as road conditions allow for their safety.   For two (2) hour delays staff should report to their schools one (1) hour later than their regular designated work time if road conditions allow for their safety.  For early
dismissal employees may leave at a time designated by their immediate supervisor.

Employees should clock in and out at their actual arrival or departure times and any time missed should
be made up by Friday of the following week and recorded in Time Clock as worked.  If an employee is
unable to make up the missed time, Emergency Leave may be requested in half day increments.

* Parents are to arrange with a nearby friend or relative to receive their children should they arrive
